- USPS International Shipping 10 - 15 Business Days.

REFUND POLICY
- No refunds are provided, however, you can return for a store credit. Please use the Contact Us section.
- All unopened items may be returned within 5 days of delivery for store credit only. (Excluding undergarments', accessories and custom made orders)
- Items must be returned with all labels intact and be free of stains, damages, and/or odor (Smoke,etc)
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is a result of our error (Incorrect or defective item as determined by WWK
- IF ITEM IS DEFECTIVE PLEASE EMAIL IMMEDIATELY - DO NOT SEND IN PACKAGE WITHOUT SPEAKING WITH A REPRESENTATIVE.
- Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We are not responsible for lost/stolen or unclaimed packages.
- Priority Mail packages, if necessary, are shipped with Signature Confirmation with Insurance up to $100.
- In the event a package is unclaimed USPS will return back to WWK. You will be contacted and a reshipment charge will be accessed.
- If no contact is made within 60 days, we will issue a store credit minus shipping and handling on all unclaimed packages.
- In the event of a lost package the customer must file a claim directly with USPS. WWK is not responsible.
